Did you know that a group of penguins is called a colony. Most penguins are monogamous, this means they mate for life. The two parents will also share babysitting duties, taking it in turn to hold the eggs between their legs for warmth. When little penguin chicks are ready to say hi to mummy and daddy, they use their beaks to break through the shell of their egg.
